Credit Outlook: end of the cycle?

2017 has seen a prolonged period of strong credit market sustained by central banks and generally recovering global growth. Data are now pointing at a peak of the economic cycle in Europe and the possibility of further upside is unlikely. Emerging markets and US have performed very well, although doubts remain over the ability of further economic reforms.

Whistleblowing: the new law entered into force

On the 30th november 2017 the new Whistleblowing law has been approved, with the purpose of protecting employees who report illegal activities on their workplace.

The landmark of that law is the identity protection of the employees and the guarantee to save them from possible revenge or payback on their workplace.

The new Italian Non-Dom Tax Regime
